The ESCP Master in Management programme brings excellence to your learning journey. Through a combination of core courses, thematic seminars, specialisations and electives, we provide a stimulating environment for you to develop your skills.

As a Master in Management student, you will graduate with the skills and mindset to collaborate with and lead multicultural teams

The variety of components included in the curriculum enables you to expand your horizons, whether you’re interested in corporate strategy, financial engineering, or art management. Every semester allows for studying abroad on one of our six campuses.

Innovative teaching, based on case studies, lectures, group projects, and instruction by executives from ESCP’s corporate partners, give our students all the skills needed to enter the job market.

Requirements / Application

  • Having a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline
  • English fluency (level B2, advanced)
  • Being an internationally-minded student with proven academic excellence
Previous work experience, mastering additional languages, and international experience are each considered a plus that will support your application.

Important Dates

Applicants wishing to join ESCP Business School in September should apply by 1 April the same year at the latest.

Tuition / Fees

The fees for those entering the two-year programme in September 2025 are set at:
  • Tuition fees: €21,900 per year for European students* or €25,500 for non-European students
  • Student service and registration costs: €2,800 per year
Total costs**:
  • €24,700 per year for European students*
  • €28,300 per year for non-European students
Lifelong membership to the ESCP Alumni Association, administrative costs, service costs, and International SOS mobility assistance are included in the above.

For any additional year until graduation reduced student service and administrative costs (€2,000) are payable.

Potential additional fees, based on the student profile and degree awards:
  • €220 per course for students required to enrol in a remedial semester of prerequisite courses (students without previous management studies)
  • €1000 for each additional degree from an ESCP campus other than Paris
*To be eligible for European fees, you must be a European citizen holding a valid European passport.
**Total costs are indicative. They may vary by a maximum of 6% each year in comparison to previous years. In case of variation, new tuition fees amounts will be communicated to students by all means, at the latest, in July of the year N, for the academic year N/N+1
To apply to ESCP’s Master in Management,there is a non-refundable fee of €180.

Duration of study

24 months. The two years are spent in three different countries. They consist of two academic terms as well as 3-month internship periods each. Students will therefore graduate with a minimum work experience abroad of 6 months.

Career Perspective

Career perspectives are excellent. Most of our students have many interesting offers before their actual graduation. Even though a lot of our students seem to be attracted by consulting and investment banking, there are many other industry sectors our students go into. The many facets of ESCP Business Schools curriculum prove to be an excellent preparation for an international career in management. Thus, ESCP Business School Master graduates confidently enter the job market with the knowledge, adaptability and expertise to manage diversity.

Every year all our campuses offer exclusive recruiting events - such as the "Recruiting Days" in Berlin, where companies are invited to get to know our school and our students and vice versa. Recruitment events most take the form of presentations, exhibition stands and first round interviews. Other ways of presenting your company are also possible. Participants

ESCP Business School Master in Management students come from all different kinds of countries and backgrounds. On average, there are 20 different nationalities studying together. Concerning their gender, applicants as well as students are evenly distributed. All our students are highly motivated and open-minded.
